Once you have finalized your selections, the P&P Team will procure all design and decorative elements, handling tracking and delivery logistics, before Brian’s expert installation. Then, Jenny stops by to thoughtfully style the space, layering your decor elements with her special designer's touch. And Viola! An elevated, intentional Palm & Prep style-bombed powder room that blends beauty and effortlessness.

What's included:

• 1 on-site measurement consultation with Brian, and a quote
• a detailed P&P Design Questionnaire to help the P&P Team to learn more about you, and your design vibe and wishes (you'll be prompted to share pictures of your space)
• 1 digital "Powder Room Look Book" with 2-3 custom powder room design options (one revision)
• 1 digital Source Guide with options for wallpaper and paint, and decorative elements: mirrors, vanity, sconces, ceiling lights, and art options. (Window treatments options are provided; we will provide a list of our favorite local vendors for your to work with)
• P&P procures wallpaper and decorative elements, and handles tracking and delivery logistics
• wallpaper installation with non-toxic wall paper paste, painting of corresponding trim and molding, and decorative element installation by Brian (professional installation recommended for electrical)

And for those who want to go bigger than a refresh: the Powder Room Contractor Materials Specifications Add-on. This add-on is for those interested in a full-on powder room facelift. We're talking renovations, built-ins, new vanity, you name it. In addition to your Look Book and Source Guide, you will receive a Materials Specifications document with detailed renovation recommendations, tied with a bow, and ready to be directly handed to your contractor of choice. (It's the same document we provide our high-end home builders for client ordering!) Suggested enhancements can include specifications for: a new vanity, faucets, knobs, millwork, tile, etc. Your contractor will thank you. (Add on includes Material Specification document only, to be contracted with your preferred contractor separately.)
